About

What's this? ANOTHER Sims 3 Blog from Lynnwood? That is indeed correct! *waits for the roars of approval, is sadly mistaken*

This here will be my second attempt at running a DITFT (Differences In The Family Tree) challenge. My first, Palette of Rainbows, was eaten by errors and corruption. It was also done in a story-type format, which I found to be just a little too tedious and too much like work. :(

Instead THIS attempt will be done in the humorous 'commentary' style, which I find much easier to write and apparently I'm not half-bad at.

Unfamiliar with the DITFT rules? You can find most of them here.  I'll be following most of those rules, though I might change some things up here or there. I might also add a few generations on the end (if I make it that far, *fingers crossed* ) to accommodate for the newer expansions. We'll see what happens when I get there.

Ready for the twist? I'll also be incorporating a rainbowacy flair to this challenge. Not skintones, but each generation will have an assigned color that will be reflected in their clothes, the decor of the house and the tips of their hair. Also, each generation's naming theme will reflect their color as well, being people, places or things that share the same shade. Exciting, right? Right?! . . . .

Well hopefully you're still interested. By all means, continue on to the actual challenge and enjoy!
